Product Detail

Hydraulic cylinder disassembly

(1) Release the hydraulic circuit pressure before disassembling the hydraulic cylinder. When the oil pipe joint connected to the oil cylinder is loosened, high-pressure oil in the circuit will quickly spray out, causing the components to break. When unloading the hydraulic circuit, the handwheel or pressure regulating screw at the overflow valve should be loosened first to unload the pressure oil, and then the power supply or power source should be cut off to stop the operation of the hydraulic device.

(2) Be careful not to damage the top thread of the piston rod, oil port thread, piston rod surface, cylinder liner inner wall, etc. during disassembly. In order to prevent the bending or deformation of slender parts such as piston rods, they should be evenly supported by wooden blocks during placement.

(3) Disassemble and assemble according to the hydraulic cylinder mechanism sequence. Generally, the oil in the two chambers of the oil cylinder should be drained, then the cylinder head should be removed, and finally the piston and piston rod should be removed. When disassembling the cylinder head of a hydraulic cylinder, special tools should be used for the internal key type connection of the key or ring, and the use of a flat shovel is prohibited; For flange type end caps, screws must be used to push them out, and hammering or hard prying are not allowed. When the piston and piston rod are difficult to extract, they cannot be forcefully pulled out. The cause should be identified before disassembly.

(4) Disassembly should be carried out in a clean environment as much as possible; After disassembly, all parts should be covered with plastic cloth and not covered with cotton cloth or other work cloth.

The company sells road machinery parts: paver parts, milling machine parts, road roller parts
