Initial adjustment of telescopic ironing

1. Adjust the height by placing a 6mm pad at the front of the fixed section to simulate the feed elevation angle of the fixed section during paving. Use a horizontal ruler to stick tightly to the six corners within 6mm of the front edge of the fixed section, and the rear edge of the fixed section and the expansion section should be tightly pressed. The three points should be on the same line, and the height of the expansion section should be appropriate.

2. Adjust the elevation angle, ensure that the three points are on the same line, and measure the distance between the front edge of the expansion section and Lvliang as the elevation angle of the expansion section. The elevation angle of the telescopic short section is 2-3mm larger than that of the fixed section. There is no spiral plug material in the expansion section, and increasing the elevation angle increases the plug material to achieve consistency with the density of the basic section.

3. When adjusting the elevation angle, there will be height changes in the telescopic section. Try to adjust it as slowly as possible and observe the height changes.
