Characteristics of hydraulic filter element

1. It is divided into high pressure section, medium pressure section, oil return section, and oil suction section.

2. Divided into high, medium, and low precision levels. 2-5um represents high accuracy, 10-15um represents medium accuracy, and 15-25um represents low accuracy.

3. To compress the overall size of the finished filter element and increase the filtering area, the filter layer is generally folded into a corrugated shape, and the folding height of the hydraulic filter element is generally below 20mm

4. The hydraulic filter element generally bears a pressure difference of 0.35-0.4MPa, but for some special filter elements, it is required to withstand a high pressure difference, with a maximum requirement of 32MPa, or even 42MPa, which is equivalent to the system pressure.

5. The maximum withstand temperature, some require reaching 135 ℃.
