Four steps for disassembling and assembling hydraulic cylinders

Before disassembling the hydraulic cylinder, the oil pressure in the hydraulic cylinder circuit should be reduced to zero.

For flange connection types, the flange connection screws should be removed first, and the end cover should be pushed out with the screws. It is not allowed to pry or hammer to avoid damage; For internal key connections, special tools should be used to push the guide sleeve inward. After the key is exposed, take out the key, fill the key slot with nylon or rubber material, and then remove it. For threaded oil cylinders, first unscrew the threaded gland; When disassembling the piston rod and piston, the piston rod assembly should not be pulled out of the cylinder, but should try to keep the axis of the piston rod assembly slowly pulled out in line with the cylinder.

After disassembling and inspecting the parts, they should be kept in a clean environment and isolation devices should be installed to prevent collisions. Before reassembly, the parts should be cleaned.
