When the belt is too tight, it will easily wear out and shorten the service life of the bearings. If there are cracks or severe wear on the belt, it should be replaced immediately;

Generally speaking, milling cutter cracking is very rare. If it occurs, it usually indicates the following situations: a: the arrangement of milling cutters on the milling drum is irregular; b: Single milling too deep; c: Using unsuitable milling cutters to remove different types of road surfaces; d: Excessive strength of the milled surface;

Every time the milling cutter arrangement is changed, check the milling cutter shaft and bearings. If there is a worn groove on the shaft, it needs to be replaced with a new one. When replacing the shaft, the bearing should also be replaced;

If properly maintained, the milling drum can usually be used for 3 months. When replacing the milling cutter or performing maintenance, check whether there are cracks in the central shaft strip of the milling drum, whether the shaft sleeve hole becomes elliptical, and whether there are cracks at the weld seam. If any damage is found, replace the drum with a new one;

Finally, when you want to check the milling drum at the bottom of the milling machine, please note that the machine must tip forward and never tip back, otherwise oil will pour into the engine cylinder.
