Maintenance:
After purchasing a milling machine, customers may inevitably experience consumption and wear during continuous use. To extend the service life of the machine, correct operation and appropriate maintenance are necessary.
1. Firstly, the machine must be operated by professional personnel and carefully read the operation manual;
2. The main working part of the machine is composed of milling cutters, bearings, gaskets, and milling drums. During operation, due to prolonged friction with the road surface, this part is also the fastest consumed part. Regular replacement and inspection can better extend the service life of the machine;
3. The milling cutter shaft should be inspected daily, and if the groove ground on it exceeds 25% of the cutter shaft diameter, it should be replaced. Generally speaking, the lifespan of the cutter shaft is half that of a tungsten steel milling cutter. In terms of square area, its lifespan is approximately 350 to 500 square meters when milling at a depth of 5mm. However, please be aware that there are many factors that can affect the lifespan of the tool shaft, so daily inspections are necessary;
4. For safety reasons, the engine spark plug should be removed before maintenance, preferably by a qualified mechanic;
5. Before each operation, check the oil level and clean the air filter after use;
